Please keep in mind that ship all orders as quickly as possible, but since I'm just one person and this isn't my full-time gig, it might take me a couple of days to get to the post office! I really appreciate your patience, and if there's a reason that you need your order more quickly, please email me at email@example.com, I'm happy to work with you to make sure presents get places before birthdays etc.
Once i drop off packages at the post office i unfortunately don't have any control over them--if you have questions about the status of your shipment after it's gone out, please talk to your mail carrier or call your local post office to follow up. Most "missing" orders show up after a few days! If orders are for real missing, again, email me and we'll figure it out!
--International orders may be charged a customs fee! I have no control over this and can't make it stop. Please make sure you know what's up with this before placing an international order.
--All items ordered with a pre-order pin will be shipped when the pre-order pin ships.
--I cannot be responsible for address errors made by the customer, or errors made by the USPS. If an order gets returned to me because of one of these errors, unfortunately I have to charge more shipping to get it back out to you.
--I do not accept exchanges or issue refunds.
